Overall everything went well, but I didn't like the way I was treated in the operating room at all. We're just a piece of meat... I found myself naked on the operating table with people coming into the room and not introducing themselves, talking about the latest Netflix series while handling me. The operation began without anyone taking the time to ask me if the anesthesia had taken effect. Forced to look around for the anesthesia which was not near me to point out the problem. Much better experience at the hospital with very caring and attentive staff.

I went to the first aid emergency at Archette two weeks ago, I thank again the girls at reception who are all friendly and smiling, they also have a very good organization when it comes to receiving people. However, my disenchantment arrived when I had my interview with the doctor Mr. Djeumou Towa. That is to say, if you want a real medical opinion on your pain, do not go and consult him, because this gentleman only follows his scale and prefers to hand out a judgment, without even asking the patient how he is doing. feels. Not to mention his bad mood and his disrespect towards his patients. So I then turned to SOS Médecin, where I was able to see a competent doctor with whom I could just talk, and ask him the questions that Mr. Djeumou Towa did not even want to listen to.

I highly recommend this establishment for the following reasons: I was received today at the Archette clinic for a vasectomy operation. I would like to thank all the nursing staff (Céline the nursing assistant, Damien the stretcher bearer, Carolina, Émilie and Manon the nurses, Emmanuel the anesthetist, Dr BRON the urologist). You all showed attentiveness, empathy and professionalism throughout my outpatient operation. The Archette clinic is very lucky to have you among its healthcare staff. I stayed 3 nights. After surgery. I was very well received and followed. Attentive and very professional medical staff. Only the wifi connection was not practical. Thanks to Doctor Danton for his explanations, his follow-up and a perfect scar!
